I live in Atlanta where I am manage the HIV Communications Program Group for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Previously, I lived in Manhattan for 17 years where I was a Senior Vice President for a pharmaceutical communications company. I promised that if I could just move back South, I would never move across the Mason Dixon line again. I am divorced but good friends with my former husband. No human children - but 3 four legged ones with white fuzzy tails that are all rescued poodles. I am an active volunteer for Atlanta Pet Rescue - take photographs for their website, foster puppies and work on fund raisers. I also have a side photography business and my work has been published in magazines, post cards, regional travel books and other places. My third coffee table book will be published in May entitled "Historic Homes of New Orleans". I believe the first two books - New Orleans, Cemeteries of New Orleans and hopefully this one, can be found at Square Books in case you want to take a peak at the work or you can look at the cover on Barnes and Noble or Amazon.com. You can see my photography for Atlanta Pet Rescue as well as my travel photographs at www.flickr.com/photos/laura_atl
